These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the ep333 platform ("Platform") and its users ("Member" or "you"). These Terms are established by the ep333 authority ("we", "our") and are subject to change from time to time.

3.1 Account Security

3.2 Updating Account Information

If your phone number, email, or payment details change, update them on the platform without delay. ep333 will not be responsible for any issues arising from incorrect information.

3.3 One Person, One Account

Members of a household may use separate accounts from the same device or network, but each account must be registered and verified in a different person's name. ep333 reserves the right to close all related accounts if multiple accounts are found to be operated for the purpose of bonus abuse.

ep333 supports transactions through the most familiar and reliable payment methods available in Bangladesh.

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for all methods).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks).
• Please provide the correct reference number when making a deposit. ep333 is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.
• Deposited funds must come from an account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit.
• Standard withdrawal processing takes 10 to 45 minutes.
• All active bonus wagering requirements must be met before making a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

ep333 offers various bonuses and promotions for new and regular members. Accepting a bonus means you agree to the terms below.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000.

• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 in bonus — total balance ৳2,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳22,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳10,000 — total balance ৳32,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not deposit + bonus):

5.3 General Bonus Rules

The following general rules apply to all members when placing bets on ep333:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• ep333 is not responsible for delays in bet processing caused by technical errors or network issues.
• ep333 reserves the right to review any winnings or losses paid out based on odds or results that were displayed incorrectly due to a system error.
• If an event is cancelled in sports betting, the bet amount will be returned to the member's balance.
• Bets associated with match-fixing or any fraudulent activity will be voided and the relevant account will be subject to investigation.

ep333 believes in fair play and responsible gaming. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Playing games using bots, automation tools, or any type of software.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other members to place bets.
• Operating multiple accounts on behalf of the same individual or organization.
• Using the platform for money laundering or suspicious financial activity.

• Failure to verify age or suspicion of being underage.

In the event of account closure, any legitimate funds in the member's balance will be returned, however bonus funds and any winnings derived from them may be forfeited.

ep333 will not accept responsibility for the following:

• Bets being cancelled or delayed due to loss of internet connection or technical failure.
• Delays or failures in third-party payment processing.
• Unauthorized access to an account resulting from the member's own negligence.
• Force majeure — natural disasters, war, government directives, or other uncontrollable circumstances.
• Temporary unavailability during platform maintenance.

ep333 reserves the right to modify, add to, or cancel these Terms at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified via their registered email or through a notification on the platform.

Continuing to use the platform after any changes are made will be taken as your agreement to the revised Terms. It is therefore recommended that you visit this page regularly.
